Train with Me
Power & Pain: 2 hour+ long training sessions.
First session is dedicated to awareness about form and how to prevent injury.
- Homework may be given in order for the client to both become more proficient with exercises learned, and to strengthen what is weak.
Second session will lean heavily on the form that was learned in session 1, with added weight, and possibly speed, to understand how to generate power.
Cost: $185/2 hour+ long sessions
Personal/Kettlebell Training: 1 hour sessions
More detailed instruction of impeccable form with traditional weights and kettlebells. Includes tailoring of workout to create precisely what the client desires, both aesthetically and performance wise.
Cost: $80/hour session
